Two Guys On Beer present a Great Lakes Beer Dinner at:
Two Guys on Beer is dedicated to bringing you new, unique, and most importantly fun beer experiences that change your perspective about how and where you enjoy beer. Philadelphia being crowned “The Beer-Soaked City of Brotherly Love” by Maxim Magazine is largely thanks to the vast spread of incredible local breweries and microbreweries, our favorite pubs, let’s not forget Philly Beer Week, and of course, smart and informed beer drinkers like you.
One more thing that makes Philly special is the ability to find great beers in places you might consider unlikely…like a martini bar. That’s where we come in.
The Main Event
We’ve rescheduled due to the threat of a blizzard!
On March 1st at 6pm, put on something snazzy and join us at The Continental Old City, as we’re hosting the first of a series of special beer dinners featuring some of our favorite beers and breweries in some of our favorite restaurants…even the one’s you’re less likely to think about heading to for a pint!
Our Partners
Two Guys On Beer is proud to partner with Great Lakes Brewing Company and STARR Restaurants for the kickoff dinner. This event will feature four courses of the Continental’s Head Chef Bryan Burger’s cuisine paired with the signature beers from Great Lakes Brewing Company, including their award winning flag ship beer, The Dortmunder Gold. Remember when we tasted it on the show? We loved it then, and we think you’ll love it too.
Of course, you’ll have an opportunity to meet the chef and hear his pairing notes, and you’ll have the opportunity to taste along with Dave and Johnny and share notes on Great Lakes beers.

This event will begin at 6pm and with table service beginning at 6:30pm.
A $50 ticket (plus eventbrite fees) includes the price of dinner, beer pairings with each course, tax and gratuity. Space is limited, so buy quick before we sell out.
Additional beers will be available before and after the event at The Continental’s bar, but are not included in the ticket price.
