Episode 125 – Chapeau Banana Lambic

Browerij De Troch, family owned for five generations, only makes fruit lambics. Open-air fermented with whole-fruit, this lambic is banana through and through. Unfortunately, it’s incredibly sweet. It feels like it could have fermented or aged for a lot longer. So it was not to our taste, although some of the people we shared it with had a different affinity – so this is definitely something you have to try for yourself!
