Episode 122 – Dark Horse Amber Ale

Dark Horse Brewing Company, a tiny little brewery from Marshall, Michigan pushes out a decent amber ale – enough to intrigue us to want to try more of their offerings. What’s interesting about this particular beer is that they use what they called “Belgian-inspired” yeast, which does lend this amber ale a somewhat sweeter, Belgian-like quality, which is not lost on us.
