Glad to see you were enjoying them in an appropriate glass. The are many Kolsch breweries in Cologne, each with a different profile and history. All are enjoyable, and I can't wait to brew one myself.

Um, not sure what you meant about the twiiter thing, but there are a couple of Kolsch beers out there – the one most popular around us is the Philadelphia Brewing Company's Kensinger.
