The scent and taste of both coriander and cloves are present in this beer.  As with many other Wheat and White variety&#039;s of beer both phenols are represented.  In this particular beer it is the coriander that stands out most prominently. Although you can get the aroma of cloves in this brew, it is coupled with that signature coriander scent characteristic of wheat beers.

So you were right, Steve.  I just should have mentioned both cloves and coriander.
