I would put it a notch above Yuengling and it's at least as good as Sam Adam's Boston Lager. Saranac ought to win an award for best value craft beer. They are by no means my favorite but the make a great line of enjoyable beers with cases in the $25 range. That plus for the indecisive PA buyer their seasonal variety cases are always a nice deal with 6 types of beers - albeit 1 or 2 that I don't always care for.
