A main goal of his is to create good, flavorful beer that's lower in ABV than typical beers of their kind. Most of the beers I remember having less than 5% ABV, which makes them all great session beers. He's always trying to bring the ABV down without hurting the flavor, which as someone who loves beer and hates hangovers, I applaud! That all said, I just found out about you guys, and am loving catching up on the back posts. Keep up the awesome work.
