We start off with Otter Creek’s Winter Ale, which is infused with raspberries. We’ve had inconsistent luck with fruit-infused beer – could this one be different? Then we try out a small-batch brew from the minute Regenboog brewery in Belgium, their t’Smisje IPA+, which may really be a Strong Belgian Pale Ale in disguise!
