In this week’s episode we dive into Saison Beer. A traditional Summer beer brewed originally for farm hands during the late summer harvest.
We enjoy two Saison’s from Brasserie Dupont. Saison Dupont a fine bottle fermented Saison, and Saison Foret, a wholly organic beer from a farmhouse brewery rich in history and tradition.
